A bump on my cervix

For as long as I can remember I have always gotten these tiny hard bumps on my cervix. They come one or two at a time and are really small and extremely hard. They do not hurt and they often go away on there own. But I have developed one that seems to be larger than any one I have ever had and staying a bit longer than usual. It is totally painless but extremely hard almost feeling like a rock. It is about the size of a (this is the only thing I can think of to describe it)small nerd (the candy) Can you give me an idea of what this could be? I have no symptoms that anything is wrong with me but I am still curious as to what these bumps could be and what they mean. Thank you!
