I sometimes get this barring <--(spelling) down feeling and little knife jabs on my sides. Although this blood looks different as a washed out look, mixed in the mucus. I can usually predict when I will spot. I've also noticed that due to stress, I can spot a little longer or little more than other times when I'm well content. I am concerned to know if this is normal if I chose to live with this. Would birth control such as lunell** help regulate this?
