I would go to your doctor...it almost sounds like (since the major pain during menstruation and nausea) that you COULD have endometreosis. I'm no doctor but have done lots of research on this as my mother does have it. Maybe it's normal and you need a different pill - I can't imagine you going through life in such pain every month. I would say take a trip to the doctor just for that alone...good luck to you.
