I have been taking amoxicillin for five days not (and five more to go). I am on ortho tricyclen and started the placebo pills yesterday. My boyfriend and I still use the withdrawal method but I know that the pre stuff can get you pregnant. I have read that antibiotics aren't as bad as they say and it's mostly the one for tb that causes problems. However, my boyfriends sister-in-law got pregnent while taking antibiotics for a sinus infection while on the pill (mine are also for a sinus infection). If I get my period today like I am supose to am I in the clear? And we will start using condoms also but what is the risk? Thanks.
