This has not occured during my second month, but since then I have felt sluggish and mildly depressed. This is causing some concern because I am usually very energetic and outgoing, but since starting Alesse, which is my first use of an oral contraceptive, I have no desire to be active, as I always feel tired. I have never had any problems with depression and I have always been emotionally stable and optimistic even during PMS, but lately I have been moody and irritable.
