HELP" I have been having a problem with my peroid. My cycle is very irregular, sometimes I stay on my peroid weeks at a time. Then sometimes I go two or three months without getting it. When it starts I have a brown dicharge followed by blood. I sometimes discharge a black clump mixed in with the blood. I have also noticed a "rotten" smell lately. I had a pap smear and it came back fine. I am concerned about this problem, what could be causing this?
