I am a 17-year old female with a quandary about my labia. For as long as I can remember, I have experienced a thick, whitish substance that appeared between my labia. Upon recently examining it, I found that I have pimple-like structures under the skin between them. I have never been sexually active, and I am not taking any medication. I am wondering what this could be, or if it is normal, which I am suspecting that it is not. Could you shed some light on this for me? It would be greatly appreciated; thank you!! -- M.H.
