Bleeding and itching

I'm healthy, 24, never been and am not now pregnant. I've been having serious itching of the vagina (inside and out) accompanied by swelling and light bleeding. The clinic said it was a yeast infection, which I treated afterwards with Monistat. That helped, but some itching is still there, worst at night and in the mornings. The bleeding is also still there, but heavier. It was very light to begin with, no need for pads or tampons, and still isn't, but it's constant and in the mornings quite heavy and thick, kind of clotted...is this normal? I've never had a yeast infection before, and the bleeding has been going on for roughly 1 1/2 weeks now. Also, the last few times I've had sex, I've bled twice, first lasting about 4-5 days, the next lasting a night. There was no pain then or now (unless you count the absolutely maddening itching of course). Now just this morning I noticed the swelling had returned, in the fleshy area to the right of the clitoris, along with a pair of hard small lumps underneath the skin (or one stretched out lump, that might be closer) about 1/4-1/2 inch in length. I'm not sure if I caused this myself by scratching during the night...?

Should I be concerned about this? My family does have a long history of cancer, including my mother, brother, grandfather, various cousins, etc. At my age I really don't think it'd be anything like that, but then again my brother was diagnosed at just 19. Am I just working myself up about nothing?

If it's relevant,I've been taking Tricyclen for 3 or 4 years and am currently on 200 mg of Wellbutrin a day, never problems with either. Also tested negative for chlamydia.
