I 've just answered the same quesition in women's forum, however, to repeat bulky uterus could be due to continuous estrogen secretion without progesterone due to anovulation, you might have polycystic ovarian disease in which no ovulation with continuous estrogen secretion may even cause changes of the endometrium.
