I am a 26 y.o. who has never had intercourse. I have had few sexual experiences in my life, but the ones I have had, have been intense. I recently started seeing a 39 y.o. male but our encounters have only been of a sexual nature. Although we have not yet had intercourse, he does fondle me and inserts his fingers into my vagina. Everytime he does this, I want to cry in pain. He is unaware of the fact that I am still a virgin so he seems perplexed, especially because I am usually very lubricated. However, this is not the first time I have engaged in this sort of activity, and he takes quite a bit of time to get me aroused. Still, as soon as he inserts one finger, into me, I feel incredible pain. Is this normal for someone my age? One factor to consider...I am small, about 5'1" and 85-90 lbs and he is quite large. Could my size have anything to do with this or is it my lack of sexual experience or is this even normal? He gets worried and says that sex should be pleasurable, not painful. I could use some advice.
