hormonal problems

I honestly do not know what is wrong with me, could it be all due to hormones like my obgyn mentioned to me. This past period I pmsed like no other. I got on the internet and had almost every symptom of pms. Then i looked under pregnancy symptoms and since they were almost the same i got freaked out and thought i was pregnant. That obviously was not the case because i had my period, and took two pregnancy tests, one during my period and one after. Both of which came up negative. That relieved me some what except for the fact that i am still having symptoms. I still have headaches, which have progressively gotten better since the end of my period. (Which ended sunday, and it is now wed) But i also think that maybe stress related from work. My other symptom includes the fact that i can feel my self ovulating, which i never could feel before. My final question to ask is last night i was in the shower and felt parched, the water was pretty hot and i was in there for a prolonged period of time, but i closed my eyes and opened them back up and felt faint and almost sick to my stomach. I am on orthotricycline, and my doctor switched me to orthocycline. But my question is are these problems hormonal or is something wrong with me??
