I had a quick question on this. I prefer a female gynaecologist, I am very uncomfirtable with male OB-Gyns.What can I do if my female Ob-gyn refuses to co-operate with me and makes it madatory for me to rotate amongst her colleagues, most of whom are males? Do I have a right of protection? Where can I seek protection for my rights? > >regards > >Suchitra In a court of law. Employment discrimination by patients against male ob/gyns hasn't been tested to my knowledge. If you are so worried about a situation that has a low risk of occurring why don't you just go to an all female group (there are many) and lower the probability to zero.
