Some side effects of orthotricyclin can be headaches and moodswings. Most side effects go away within a couple of months of being on orthotricyclin. It will start working after one month of taking them correctly. I am currently on orthotricyclin, I however have not experienced any side effects. Just shorter periods and less cramping :)
