If as you say, there is no possibility of pregnancy, then you should continue with the pill as usual. If you had coitus while off the pill, then you should wait a few more days to have your period or have a pregnancy test done. Using Celexa shouldn't interfere with the pill.Most women sometime during their reproductive life will have some irregularity with their menstrual cycle. It's quite common.
