Hi!I've been experiencing post ovulating spotting for the past four periods.On my pelvic exam,nothing seemed abnormal.I had an ultrasound which stated endometrial thickness 14 mm 2 days prior to period and multiple cysts on left ovary and a larger cyst on right ovary(3 cm).I had another us after period.Endometrial thickness is 12 mm, and the large cysts have disappeared,but now both ovaries seem to have smaller cysts.I have been on bcp for the past 9 days and no bleeding.However,I have experienced on 3 occassions,stabbing pain in my pelvis,that lasted for a few seconds and went away by itself.Otherwise my periods were not very heavy(the last one was very short, just about 3 days, normal flow with small clots) and very little painful. Should I stick to the bcp or should I investigate it further? Thanks
