Cerclage is a safe, painless procedure that can be done quickly and
usually with an IV anesthesic agent. May have some spotting slight
contraccions after the procedure, but are usually transitory and
painless. Intercourse with proper psycological and physical preparation
is painful...try some foreplay! Yes, there's a remote chance you could
get pregnant from the ejaculate even if it was only on your vagina.
