Switched times- did it cause side effects?

I've been taking Ortho Tri Cyclen since January to ease my menstrual cramps. I've had few problems with it, but in May I switched the time I take it from 8 am to noon. Everything continued normally for a month, but almost as soon as I ended my period on the current pack, I completely lost my sex drive. Is this a result of switching times or an affect of the pill? I also have been considering switching back to 8 am because I have a hard time remembering to take the pill at noon and often take it at least an hour late when I finally remember. Thanks in advance for any advice you can give.
