My older sister told me that I should start doing self breast exams (I'm 16). I found that both of my breasts are lumpy/chunky. Since there are so many bumps, how am I supposed to know when something is wrong? (My sister didn't know, because she said that hers don't feel like that). Is this something I should be worried about?
