Sperm can swim really well, and yes, you can get pregnant in the situation you present. If you are going to engage in this activity, go see your Dr. about getting on birth control and ALWAYS use condoms. Condoms help to prevent STD's, including, but not limited to Herpes, HPV, and the deadly one, HIV/AIDS.
