If I were you I would take the morning after pill. You need to take it within 72 hours; it's not 100% effective though. Then, I would get on a reliable form of birth control. I would advice that you get tested for STD's and use condoms as well. I don't know how old you are and I don't mean to lecture but hanging out with some guy naked in his van sounds kind of not so smart.
