What is starting to sag? You'll have to be more specific. Are the labia bigger? Does something actually sag or bulge out of your vagina? Sometimes women can have prolapses of the uterus or bladder, but usually after childbirth or because of extreme obesity. After my 3rd child, I had a mild bladder prolapse (when I would have a BM or do abdominal exercises, I would feel something bulging out). Many, many Kegel exercises and losing that pregnancy weight have relieved it. You'll have to give the doctor more information. A quick exam - by your family doctor, if you don't have an ob/gyn - may help you figure out what it is. (Kegel exercises involve tightening the vaginal muscles like you are stopping the flow of urine. It's kind of hard to get at first, but if you practice you know what it is supposed to feel like. You can practice doing them when you urinate and try to stop the urine from coming out midstream.)
