Persistant pain after anything sexual

I've never had full intercourse, but I've received oral sex and I've been fingered. Neither one hurts while I'm receiving it. Usual the day after, though, I start getting bad cramps throughout my abdomen. I always get moderate to severe cramps throughout my lower abdomen, like before and during my periods, but these are longer lasting (several seconds up to a few minutes), go through more of my abdomen than cramps from a period, and usually last for several days, up to about a week after getting fingered. Even when I'm not getting cramps, it's like I have constant tension and soreness in my abdomen now, even when I haven't done anything at all for several days.

I've had a pelvic exam and nothing was found. I don't have any family history of cysts, any kind of cancer except breast cancer, or any other problems that might be related to this. The only thing in my history that I've had that I think might even possibly be related is a persistant urinary tract infection that lasted for about 6 months until finally clearing up on strong antibiotics (it took so long to clear up because it was recurring and the first two antibiotics tried did nothing).

Any ideas about what could be causing these cramps? They're really annoying just trying to go about my day, but worse than that, I'm worried that it could be something more serious. Should I get a second opinion for the pelvic exam? Could this be related to the UTI?

Thanks for any help...
