If your cycle is regular, then you are most likely ovulate about 14 days before the start of your period. So, if your cycles are 28 days, then you ovulate on day 14, and your fertile days would be right around that time. You can track your basal metabolic temperature and/or your cervical mucus to assist you. There are ovulation predictor kits available for sale at any pharmacy.
