Yesterday at practice, I was hit in the stomach with a softball while my head was turned the other way. About half an hour later, I went and threw up in the locker room. It was sore last night, but nothing too bad. There's now the start of a bruise, and it hurts pretty bad. I also get waves of nausea, but I haven't thrown up since practice. The state tournament is this weekend, and if I tell my coaches/parents, I don't think they'll let me play. Will anything happen if I wait to tell anyone? Thanks in advance for any advice.
