This was either implantation or just normal, lots of women even have a
short period the first month. If you have no cramping and no flowing
red blood and 4 positive pregancy tests, then relax, you ARE pregnant.
Usually nausea doesn't set in until about week 6. I had no spotting at
all with my first, but this time (I'm now 6.5 months) the first week my
period was due, I had some brown discharge.
