Yes sometimes if the guy cant control himself or time it he can come and not know it. some guys can control it to the point of pulling out and some cant. Pre-cum contains little sperm but it is enough to get you pregnant. You usually feel symptoms 1 1/2 - 2 weeks after having sex. Usually the first sign is a missed period so I would say around when your period is supposed to come. If you dont want to get pregnant use reliable birth control.
