I did get my period. On the same day however, I noticed some soreness and on the second day, my labia minoria was swollen and burning, and itching slightly. I went to the doctor who said I have a yeast infection, even though I do not have any discharge or cannot see it because of the blood. My question is, however, could a yeast infection be a sign of pregnancy? I have been having lower back pain that started before my period and has not gone away (as it usually does). I have also had a sore throat, and have been feeling tired and weak all the time. Is this normal on the very 1st week off the active hormone pills? or is it possible that I MAY be pregnant? I still have my period and I'm using Terazol 3 vaginal cream for the yeast infection, how would this affect a home pregnancy test?
