Thanks No, you have not, again as a best guess. The easiest way to find out is to try to get pregnant :). Normally, until you are unable to get preg, testing isn't routinely done. A hysterosalpingogram, an xray dye test, would be done to check the fallopian tubes. If normal, that usually means that there isn't any damage.
