i know that it varies with every doctor and school, but for all of my
high school physicals, including this year, the genatalia portion of the
form was only used for males. The doctor has alway slet me keep my
underwear on. I saw the same thing on the form my first, but was happy
to find out that it didn't apply to me. Hoefully it will be the same
situation for you. Good luck!
