I would only suggest deep breathing and try to relax. When you're tense, it will be hard for the urine to come out anyway. I used to monitor drug tests for a job I had in the military. Some ladies were very nervous. I promise you though that they won't stare directly at you. I used to look away and try to make light conversation. Go when your bladder is very full so you have an easier time voiding. It isn't so bad - but I guess I am a bit jaded from years in the military - there isn't much privacy in basic training and you get used to it.
