I've been reading up on the different methods of birth control and seen the efficiency rates for different methods alone. Do you know about how effective using a spermicidal foam and condom together each time would be for birth control? I plan to go on Depo Provera sometime within the next four months (and still use a condom after that, as well), but until then, I'm looking for something that will give me protection from pregnancy as close to 100% as possible.

Thanks, Sarah
