Sometimes, you have irregular cycles for no reason. Assuming that pregnancy is not a concern (meaning you don't have sex), then it would be very reasonable to see a gyn, and maybe go onto the pill ot regulate and it just might help the pains.

The pains could be a conditions such as endometriosis, which is suspected sometimes with symptoms such as yours, but that doesn't meant that you have it for sure.
