What about a friend's Mom, if you can't go to yours? You do need to be seen so that a diagnosis can be made and treatment started.

If it stings badly when you go, it could be due to the red bumps you mention, or you could have a bladder infection....a Dr. would need to see the area to know what it is for sure and to offer the proper treatment.

You are only hurting yourself by not going to a Dr. Trying OTC remedies may or may not work, but if they don't, it is a waste of time and money.

As you probably found when searching the archives, anything that is dermatological (i.e. red bumps), need to be seen to be diagnosed. Anything else is just speculation.
