You are only hurting yourself by not going to a Dr. Trying OTC remedies may or may not work, but if they don't, it is a waste of time and money. As you probably found when searching the archives, anything that is dermatological (i.e. red bumps), need to be seen to be diagnosed. Anything else is just speculation.
