I have previously had exactly what you have described (I am actually relieved to hear that someone else has had this problem, when I had it, it seemed to even stump the doctors) I stopped using deordorant and I stopped shaving and neither of these helped. We tried several medicine creams that did not work. What I did find that worked was a cream for fungus or yeast infection, (a cream for like jock itch or athletes foot) also, I found that it came on after I wore certain bras. If I wear a cotton or at least cotton lined bra I find that I have far less problems. Also make sure that the bras are washed frequently. I hope some of this helps.
