Next in thread: William F. von Almen, II, MD, FACOG: "Re: important question" Reply: William F. von Almen, II, MD, FACOG: "Re: important question" hi, in 2 weeks i am suppost to get my period on the day of my prom and it is usually very accurate on when it comes. i just went in about a week ago and got birthcontrol but i cannot start taking it until after this next period, so i cannot skip it with that. i was wondering if there is ANYTHING i can do to delay my period or skip it for like 2 days. i really dont want my period becasue i get horrible horrible unstoppable cramps and i really dont want to have to deal with my period on my prom. is there any shot or a high dose of birth control or absolutely anything i can do to just delay it? please write back soon this is all i can think about.
