I am currently on Loestrin bcps. I've been taking for about 5 months now, but after the 3rd month, my clinician changed my brand from ortho tricyclene to loestrin. The 1st month on loestrin, I was completely fine. My period came on the first day of the last week of pills. This month, my 2nd month on Loestrin, I experienced spotting 2 days before I was supposed to get my period. Is this normal or could I be pregnant? I've been taking bcps correctly, everyday at approx. the same time. Also, I've been having gastrointestinal probs so my doc put me on two antibiotics. One time, I did have intercourse without using a condom. Could that make me pregnant even if I've been taking bcps everyday correctly?
