I don't see why it would be different in australia than in the US. Maybe you can request to be put on birth control pills, snice those will help with your cramps and irregular periods. If your doctor refuses to give you a pelvic exam, call around and see if other docs have the same opinion as her. I think you'll find differently. Also, you might request to have an ultrasound done to see if you have cysts, which might be contributing to your pain. Take care,
