Im an 18 year old female and I started taking birth control pills (OrthoTriCyclen) on April 21st, 2002. well, 5 days after taking them, my boyfriend and I were having sex, and the condom broke and we didnt realize it until after he ejaculated. In other words, his cum got inside of me. I was only on the pill for 5 days, so im not sure if the pills had had the chance to become active. I havent been able to get to the doctor with work and all. My question is, should i keep taking the pills? Or should I stop and wait the three weeks to take a pregnancy test, and then resume taking the pills? I am really confused, and any advice would be extrememly helpful.. Thanks.
