I am 20 years old and have had regular periods since age 14. I have a white discharge quite often, which is just annoying, but not a problem. In the last couple months I've noticed that three or four days before my period, I have a red/brown colored, gooey dischrge, sometimes with tiny blood clots. I am sexually active, but am not on the pill. My periods almost always have numerous blood clots, but are not terribly heavy. It has been 14 days since my last period, and the discharge has returned. This time it is more red/orange in color. I am wondering if this is a normal/common occurance.
