Re: morning after pill questionFrom: Megan (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 30 Apr 2002 16:33:59 -0500 (CDT)
Eryn, I am not a doctor, but when I was 14 I took the morning after pill, and it worked for me. Did you throw up after taking the pills at all? If you are truly worried I would definately suggest getting a home pregnancy test, and if it is negative I can almost gaurantee you arent pregnant. When did you go to planned parenthood? How many hours after. There is a chance the sperm could have penetrated before you took the pill, but the chance is minimal, and if you did everything right (even if you did take it an hour early) you should be about 97% safe, but like I said before worrying is definately not healthy, and it can cause things like missed periods, so it might benefit you just to take a home pregnancy test.
