Bleeding after a LEEP for moderate DysplasiaFrom: Megan (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 30 Apr 2002 16:24:46 -0500 (CDT)
I am an 18 year old female that recently had a LEEP loop done for mild to moderate dysplasia. About 3 weeeks after I had the surgery I had intercourse with my fiance, but now I seem to be bleeding quite a bit, although not enough to cause dizziness or anything. I dont really know if it is too much to be concerned about, there is NO pain during intercourse like there was before I was diagnosed with HPV and moderate dysplasia, but I also still havent gotten back the reports on wether or not it is all gone. My fiance gave me HPV, and I was wondering if he could give it to me a second time if he doesnt get treated. I would appreciate greatly if you could give me some advice on this.
