I have this constant dull-ache all over my belly. Really tender to the touch like it is bruised all over but no obvious marks. Well everytime I reach an orgasm now wether it's with making love or oral sex I get really intense stomache cramps. My poor husband hasn't gotten any for the last 3 months cuz it is so bad. I don't have a Dr's appt. until May 7 but I need to know what is going on. What could the problem be? I have never experienced this before in my life. By the way, I had twins if that matters. Thanks!
