Yearly Pelvic Exams are vital to check the ovaries, as you can develop ovarian cancer, which many times goes undiagnosed. Also, this is a good time for a breast exam by your MD as well as blood pressure, weight, blood work, etc. Don't skip the exam. They may not require a pap smear due to individual circumstances, but the pelvic is very important.
