Stress, illness, and obesity are a few things that can alter the menstrual cycle.

Check with your MD about trying to regulate things. Oral Contraceptive Pills (OCP's) can do just that for you. If you are sexually active, make sure you see an OBGYN for a complete check up and contraceptive counseling.
