The pelvic pain is a constant ache with the right sided pain radiating into my thigh. It feels like a severe menstrual cramp - I have actually checked myself several times, convinced I had started another period! I have a light discharge which seems normal for ovulation. I would not be alarmed by it any other time. It is of medium to sticky consistency and is white to off white. It is not causing me any vaginal trouble though.
