That was 5 or 6 years ago, and this fall I finially got my first exam. That was only because I was very sick. But, I was most certainly nervous. My knees shook as they were in the position. I was terrified. But if I didn't get that exam, I would have died. The tumors that were in my uterus could have exploded and killed me. Or they could've grown bigger and they would have eventually turned malignant. If you are in the Chicago land area, I would glady reccomend my gyn/ob. She is in the suburbs of that area. Ask around, ask trusted girlfriends, they will tell you of a good doctor. Don't be ashamed, all girls have those "parts" and yes, alot feel that it is a "violation". I know I did and still to a point I do. I scared to death to ever have sex with another man. I am ebaressed of my scares, "that area" and my breasts. We need to learn to start accepting ourselves as God's children and that we are special!
