Dear Reese,

If you know that this is not smart, then why are you doing it?

Your menstrual cycle stops if you are stressed or not taking good care of yourself (like starving yourself), and from medical reasons. Not getting enough nutrients makes it so you don't ovulate. When your body gets enough nutrients, you will probably have a normal cycle again, unless your body fat percentage is too low. Women shouldn't drop below 11%.
