Hi Bee, You can probably relax. With the presence of a cycle comes the unlikelihood of pregnancy. Menstrual bleeding can start sooner or later, be more or less than usual. There are generally 2 rules of thumb about ECP use and periods: if the cycle runs longer than usual or if there is no period within 3 weeks of taking te pill. If either is the case, just see your physician. If you are still worried, you can always take an HPT. Either way, I'm sure you're fine. Best of luck to you!! -Dalane
