I just put in a tampon an hour ago - now I am standing in the bathroom with blood running down my legs and clots falling out of me (the tampon I used is still there...) Sorry to be so graphic - but this has NEVER happened to me. I'm a little scared. My understanding of the whole process leads me to believe this is NOT normal- Is this a "seek help immediatly" situation? Should I wait a bit and ssee it it was just a fluke?
