Hi Kayla:
You may find Metamucil (or a like product) to be gentler on your system
than Correctal. Taking a small amount of Metamucil once a day (let's
say a teaspoon to a tablespoon) will make such a difference. You may be
a bit uncomfortable for a few days, but once your body adjusts you will
feel great! Best wishes.
